Biography
I moved into the Stable District block as a child in 1946 when the family company relocated to 322 Newbury Street. When the BRA threatened to seize by eminent domain the South side of this block in the 1960s, I acquired 323-327 Newbury Street from Torrey Little so the company would be able to relocate across the street. That was in 1968 which is how I became a landlord. Sonsie is only the third tenant to occupy this building since I have owned it.
