Open Newbury begins THIS SUNDAY, August 15. The other confirmed dates are: August 22, and August 29. Newbury Street will be car free 10 a.m. – 8 p.m between Berkeley St. and Mass Ave. Vehicle traffic on Arlington, Berkeley, Clarendon and Dartmouth Streets will remain across the Back Bay.
