October 3 – Jimmy Fund Walk (not officially the marathon route, but Comm and Boylston may be impacted if there are many walkers)
October 8-11 – Boston Marathon and other events. Some road closures.

October 16 – Boston 10K for Women—Traffic and parking restrictions including:
Beacon Street, between Park Street and Mass Ave will be closed from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. Commonwealth Avenue eastbound will be closed from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. For a schedule of events:
