MANDARIN ORIENTAL, BOSTON LAUNCHES EMBODIED WELLNESS

As holistic wellness continues to be a focus for guests from all parts of the world, Mandarin Oriental, Boston has launched new Wellness experiences to further its offerings for the guest’s mind, body, and spirit. The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Boston introduces Embodied Wellness, including Women’s Empowerment Coaching, Guided Meditation, and a specialized Second Spring Coaching Program designed for women ages 40-plus who are looking to enhance their midlife experiences. The new coaching offerings are part of a suite of Inner and Outer Strength programs led by The Spa’s highly trained health and wellness experts. As the first and longest running Forbes Five-Star Spa in Massachusetts, it’s the only Forbes Five Star Spa in the state with the coaching and mindfulness offerings included in Embodied Wellness.

The Spa is pleased to partner with longtime Women’s Empowerment Coach, Kira Hower of Cambridge, Mass. A Women’s Coach for more than 20 years with clients from across the globe, Hower offers a technique that is highly customized to each guest based on her goals, helping women strengthen their voices by tackling topics such as powerful communication, relationship wellness, perfectionism and influencing with impact. The Second Spring 40+ coaching program includes midlife transitions and visioning, creating and sustaining vibrant relationships, celebrating the aging process and declaring your deepest desires. The program will chart a dynamic path for this powerful stage in a woman’s life.

Jason Paluch, Senior Director of Spa and Wellness at Mandarin Oriental, Boston, says, “All of our Spa treatments are intended to provide holistic benefits; wellness goes far beyond the physical self, and we aim for our guests to feel emotional improvements as well. Our new Embodied Wellness offerings provide just that, truly rounding out our suite of treatments and programs for guests of Mandarin Oriental, Boston.”

The Spa also offers Mindful Meditation (50 minutes; priced at USD 225 on weekdays and USD 250 on weekends) and Journaling and Intention Setting (50 minutes; priced at USD 225 on weekdays and USD 250 on weekends) with Spa Therapist Tony Reed.
