Bar Boulud welcomes Chef Diego Oka of La Mar by Gastón Acurio, located at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, for a Peruvian culinary pop-up. An ambassador of Peruvian cuisine, Chef Oka will showcase a selection of authentic dishes from upscale novo-Andean fare to Asian-Peruvian fusion and traditional seafood ceviche. Both à la carte selections and a four-course tasting menu will be available for lunch and dinner.
